Hailie Johnson was the BEST sales associate I’ve ever done business with! She was SO helpful with everything, and went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I and made us feel like the switch to Verizon was SO worth it. We were there from 10am to about 2, and never stopped for a second! I highly recommend asking for her whenever you visit! So glad we made the switch when we did! 😊

Went there checking on our plan and thinking about adding more lines . Got waited on by James Carter . Have never there feeling so happy about the service we received . Explained everything, very helpful and gave us great suggestions on what to do . Would recommend him to anyone .
Went into TCC yesterday with a friend who is a Verizon customer. Josh was the employee working. He was very accommodating answered questions and was very helpful. He had a great sense of humor and made the visit enjoyable. She left very happy with a new phone and the protective accessories needed. I as an AT&T customer was very impressed and am genually thinking about switching services! If so I'll be back to see you Josh!
