My mom went to TCC to upgrade to her first smart phone this week and the sales associate was anything but professional(towards her in the store and me on the phone), lacking general manners and politeness as well as customer service skills. I told her to walk out, there’s plenty of other Verizon stores, but that’s not the type of person she is. Shame on this guy for the way he treats others.
