Originally dealt with Stephanie in buying my new S8 phone. Very pleasant experience. Good job Stephanie! Today I went back to exchange the phone protector case I had originally purchased with the phone. The gentleman I dealt with made me feel like I was at the CT DMV. That's about the best I can say for him. Very curt and did not make me feel at ease at all. Poor job by him. That's why 4 stars.
