I don’t know if it is incompetence or something more sinister, but my husband got sold a plan at this store that Verizon customer service has now told us multiple versions of “this wasn’t right because…”. It has been an enormous expensive hassle. Run, don’t walk away from the store.
I upgraded from Iphone 11 to iphone 17e and was told the new phone was FREE. Now I am being charged $17.10 a month for 36 months!- Filing a complaint today with Verizon - Agent at store never returned my calls.

Me and my daughter both went in to upgrade our phones in the Millis MA Verizon location. Lucas was incredibly helpful and patient when helping us through the upgrade and trade in. Technology was being technology and didn’t want to sync properly and Lucas was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for us. We very much appreciate the time and attention to helping us!
Lucas is the best! If you need anything done with your Verizon account or devices, do yourself a favor and visit the Millis location. This was my third time coming into the store—whether it's adding a new line, upgrading a phone, or resolving a quick question—and the experience is consistently excellent. Lucas goes above and beyond every time. He’s super knowledgeable, extremely patient, and just a great guy to work with. Highly recommend this store and specifically Lucas!
