I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have had my share of frustrations, but yesterday I had the best customer service I have ever had dealing with phones. Our puppy decided to chomp my phone when I was not looking (pup was fine, phone, not so much). She managed to crack the screen leaving most of the screen completely black. traded my phone for a new one with the help of Junaid who was great. During the process I had some problems with my bill and J worked with me for a few months to resolve the problems. He really put in the time and helped with all of the issues. Terrific guy and easy to work with. Highly reccomend.
