I had a great experience with Joey and Mark at the Verizon store in Millis. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made the process easy, and were just genuinely good guys to work with. Highly recommend stopping in if you need anything—these two are outstanding.

Junaid was juggling multiple customers and phone calls and my family never felt unseen or unappreciated. He was polite and professional and assured us every step of the way of his attention to our particular needs as a smartphone family of 3.
