Mark was AWESOME at the Verizon Millis store. Cannot recommend him highly enough! He helped us figure out how to optimize our account and was very friendly, incredibly informative and highly efficient. He was both personable and professional. Def go to this Verizon store and ask for him - A+ excellent service!!!!

Hi All, beware of store. Bought a new iPhone end of last year and left old one for trade it. They never turned it in according to Verizon and I have contacted them many times. I am always told " we will get tracking info for you" but never hear back. Good luck if you use them
