After having a horrible experience at the Verizon store in Bartonsville, PA, I was fortunate to find Ken at the Verizon store in East Stroudsburg. His kindness, and knowledge solved my problem. He explained how to access all the information I needed when traveling internationally. I cannot say the same for the experience I had with a salesman in Bartonsville who had no knowledge of how to use my phone internationally and signed me up for a program without telling me that I would be charged before I even used it.
