I went in to pick up phones and asked about cases. I wasn't allowed to pick out my own case. I felt pressured to buy what the rep picked out for me. He also convinced me that I needed some wipe on screen protector. When I said I didn't feel comfortable putting it on he told me it was easy but that he couldn't do it. I kept asking for prices of items he was pushing on me and he kept telling me he will give me the total in a minute. 3 separate visits!!! Took 2 to resolve an issue that could have taken only one if the employees actually knew what they were doing!!! So VERY FRUSTRATING!!! Disappointed with Verizon
