Went here to get my info transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Three employees in an empty store. Eventually, one (from across the store) asked what i wanted. I told her. She said that would be $20 and turned away. Speaking to her back, i said i was told it was free as my phone went faulty and it was being replaced. Still with her back to me "well its $20 here". terrible customer service. Would not recommend this shop!
Horrible service. Could care less unless you are paying for an upgrade or new phone. Went in with my 6S that has a battery that no longer holds a charge and a cracked screen. Have full Verizon insurance - "Nothing we can do here, you should go to Apple." I shouldn't have been surprised that the store was completely empty.
