First time into this store after shopping elsewhere for a few years, this is by far the best store I have walked into. The manager and her employees have great customer service. They go out of their way to write everything down and explain each feature very transparent! They make sure they find you the best deal more bang for your buck. My experience here is always amazing. Hope(manager) is always helpful and she knows me by name when I walk in to pay my bill. She is quick and knows what she’s doing when I had issues with my phone or any of my devices. Dalton(Sales rep) is always in a great mood. He greets me at door and I love that! He makes me feel like my matters are important. He is quick with answers to my problems and he is a great aspect to Russell Cellular as well as Hope. My wife goes in talks to Hope (manager) mis leads her in what bill is going to be. Says $198 and ends up being $389. Hope tells my wife don’t worry it will drop off on the future bill. Kind of weird but ok after spending 3 hours transferring phones from AT&T to Verizon. My wife said we do not need insurance on phone and she was charged for insurance. We got to new phones and brought a phone from AT&T and she was told by Hope that there would be no activation fee if we brought a phone, and of course she was charge $50 for tha... read more

I stopped into this store. My Jetpack wasn’t working at all. I didn’t have my jetpack phone number. I was told that was the only way to access my account. After making my own calls to find the number the sales guy told me that it would cost over $200. My bill would go up $20 per month. I left without a purchase very frustrated. I stopped at the Verizon store on Columbus Rd. They didn’t need my number, I paid $100 for the jetpack & my bill did not go up at all. Not sure how this happens. So glad I stopped at the other store!
