Worst possible customer service experience of my life and I shop at Walmart frequently so that says a lot. I had to have my phone replaced so I went to the Verizon on Broadway. I couldn’t have been more specific about what phone I wanted as it was on the wall. iPhone 13 pro army Green and the sales lady literally tells me she has the exact same phone.
