This customer service is horrible do not go to this authorized dealer location go to the actual Verizon store in Mount Pleasant, Texas. My son purchased a $1400 iPhone there for Christmas as a birthday gift & was told the phone would be unlocked after 30 days of purchased. It was NOT unlocked.he was not told he had to have a plan.
