The saleswoman was very noligable. She answered all of my questions. She was polite and personable. Excellent employee.
Great service! Both women (I'm bad at remembering names) working were extremely helpful, knowledgable, very nice, and gave me a pleasant experience. By far the best experience I've had in a verizon store. With them being understaffed for the day made it even more impressive. The store was full of very happy customers(even ones, including myself, that were having problems with their phones). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
Excellent staff and service. James was very helpful, even as Verizon corporate customer service did everything in the book to shut us down during a 2.5 hours with the 800 call center -- complete run-around special with random transfers and disconnects. Did NOT stop James! Super-professional and results oriented. That's real customer service!
