I went in to get a phone case and a screen protector for my new phone (04/22/24). I had done my searching for an otter box, which is a little pricey. I asked the lady for the price 70+ tax (it is cheaper if you purchase them online). So I asked for the best screen protector, which was priced at 60 sum. I didn't mined it. Today (2/5/24) I went in to this location to ask if they could see why my trade in promotional discount had not been applied and was treated very rudely by the male manager. A young lady sitting on the left entrance of the store greeted me and asked how she could help.
