The place took a major step down with the last manager before eventually closing. I used to hear only good things than suddenly I was hearing multiple stories from my friends that they were not being taken care of responsibly. Being sold phones that did not suit their needs and not having their issues taken care of. They have since sworn off any Verizon store that is not corporate and now drive an hour to find help on their account.
Amazing people always willing to help and so nice.
