While waiting for at least 10 minutes, another customer walked in and left. We were never acknowledged by the one person working whom was trying to sell a watch (while on speaker phone with manager, which was unprofessional to begin, on how to make said sale) at which point it would appear it was clear to us that no one was going to help us set up internet and multiple phone line plans.
