Joel at Taylor Commons Verizon in Taylor PA was so patient with us as I asked questions about my Pixel 6 and the possible issue of catching fire. He explained what the SIM was and etc. I told him I would like to keep the phone and he noted the Pixel 10 would be easy to use since I was familiar with the Pixel phones. The process of switching phones was not time consuming and now I have a new phone that will not catch fire or possible smoke.
Exceeded expectations in professionalism. Provided significant assistance. Demonstrated patience and understanding during interactions with both myself and all customers.
