Had a screen protector put on my phone less then 2 weeks ago, the employee put on the screen protector, never seemed right. It was very hard to actually text and do anything on the phone, employee said that was normal. It popped off being on less then a week. Went back today and they said that I would need to buy a new screen protector even though it had been less then two weeks. This is either a bad company policy or bad customer service. I questioned the policy but no one was able to help.
Got a new phone for my son. Purchased the hardware so I could do prepaid as I do not like contracts. Was told that the LG V30 could not be used on prepaid and that I would have to buy an unlocked phone from somewhere like Best Buy to use it on their prepaid service. That was a blatant lie. Their manager just does not want to not make money off of just selling the hardware to me outright. The Laconia Location was far more honest with me on the phone.
