I'm really upset with their customer service. The original sale went well, but after the sales rep convinced me to buy a case from him ($40+) it fell apart within the first month. I asked to exchange it, they said no and told me they'd get back to me with a district manager answer. Two months have gone by and I've heard nothing. I have gone in to check and have also emailed the district manager with no response. They clearly will do anything to get a sale but once they have you're money they are no longer interested in helpi... read more

I can't say enough for the Customer Service, Knowledge & Help from VERIZON GoWireless at the Kalispell Center Mall ~ Wyatt & Skylar went above & beyond Yesterday as did the Store Manager today ~ Very much a Cut Above in the Kalispell VERIZON stores ....
