Tim and Rus were both pleasant and helpful. Didn't have to wait too long.
I had a bad customer service experience at the Verizon in Athens. This store was MUCH better. The young lady who helped me was amazing and put good customer service above all else. Skip the Athens store and come here instead.
Both of the guys were great to work with and got my new phone orderd. Yay!
I got everything done in an hour.Internet and phone.The only thing is when they transferred everything I had to start everything over again. But they were very pleasant and efficient.
