After moving to Buellton, I decided to visit my local Verizon Store to inquire about some phone information with my Verizon account. I was greeted by a store employee, however I was not asked If I had any questions. I spent close to 5 minutes without any assistance. While I was there more customers entered and the available associate helped them without checking if I had any questions. This was a very bad experience and also a bad impression of this store. I will be visiting the Santa Maria Store from now on.
Everyone was very nice. I felt like I got a good deal on the phone. But, I showed up that I signed up for the cloud which I didn't.
I went to my local Verizon store for a new phone update.The person who assisted me was Gabriel who is the store manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, kind and patient. He is also excellent at multitasking and works well with all the customers. Kudos to Gabriel!! Thank you.
