BEWARE! After closing out an automatic payment account a year ago they reassigned the cell number to someone as a business account and attached my elderly aunt's payment source to that number. Her POA realized the error and spent over 4 hrs on the phone being transferred to 4 different persons in 4 different departments wanting to stop the fraudulent payments to a closed account.
