I just need too say as horrible as the Verizon customer service is, the people at this store are equally as wonderful!!! Jordan spent well over an hour with me today trying solve an issue with my Verizon account, including spending an incredible amount of time on hold with the awful Verizon customer service line. He did everything he coiuld to help me solve this problem. Unfortunately Verizon refused to fix the problem even though they admitted it was due to an error on their end. When I purchased my new I-Phone 6 S on the 25th of September I was so very fortunate to have as my sales person a young lady by the name of Meyanna. She was fantastic, I told her I had a hard time understanding the other sales people I met earlier in the week when I visited the store. She understood completely and made my transaction flawless.
