I went to this location for an iPhone upgrade. I got fantastic customer service from Gabriel. I knew exactly the phone I wanted, and he respected that. Getting and activating a new phone is never fast, but he was very clear about the time expectation and worked hard to get me settled as soon as possible. Honestly, this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had at a phone store.
