Very helpful guy. I got a new phone, was in and out in under an hour. It felt like a miracle compared to past experiences.
Today was almost a catastrophe! I sat on the phone with a customer service representative for almost one hour just to get a SIM card activated! The entire time this representative kept trying to ask me to send a text to a tablet which is not even possible then to a phone number that did not have a SIM card, they would not send it to the email on file.
