Excellent Customer Service, Alexis was very friendly and helpful .
The young lady, Alexis, was absolutely great. She took the time to straighten out my wifes phone so we could transfer everything over. I'm very happy with the service.
I went in there just to buy a phone case, and I was honestly surprised by how filthy the store was. The floors and displays were dirty, and the overall cleanliness made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. A little more attention to keeping the store clean and organized would go a long way. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve a cleaner and more welcoming environment.
Little lady that runs this store sure is hateful. I generally leave wonderful reviews. I've been with Verizon 10 years. Now I'm with at&t. Took two trips, turned away twice.
