I've been with Verizon for over eight years now. I have always been treated well by Verizon, but this store has impeccable customer service, the best that I have ever had. Without fail, you will always be treated and taken care of by the staff immediately when walking into the store.
Had a manager make a mistake on pre-ordering a device, and then didn't call me when it came in. When I called the store and he told me it was in he tried to make me work around HIS schedule to get it activated because he screwed up so no other employee could finish the sale. Not impressed.
