I was pleasantly surprised to have such an easy upgrade process. I was able to upgrade my phone to the latest iPhone 📱 and get an bran new series 4 Apple Watch ⌚️ all in just a forty-five minute process. My bill also only increased slightly from buying the new watch. (Only $22 bucks a month extra.) I think that is a great price for what I received! My experience with Verizon store in Milton Freewater was excellent. Shailie and Gus were pleasant and respectful.

Let me gush about Gus. But really, I need everyone to know how grateful I am that he helped me today. He was patient even though I have not backed up my phone in forever (don’t hate, we’ve all been there) and walked me through all my options for my new account and the different costs, he made multiple calls to different Verizon reps when my old phone number didn’t transfer correctly (apparently my account info from my old provider was wrong), and then when that flub put my new account on limbo, he started the process all ove... read more
