As someone who has been to several Verizon locations before in her lifetime, this place is just AMAZING! Doing business with Cellular Sales was SO much better than Verizon directly in my true and honest opinion! I went here this past Saturday because my old iPhone 13 turned into a glorified iPod Touch, and I was lucky enough to have Nate Bumpus to help me out! Carlos Loya is hands down the BEST customer service representative. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. My mom and I both had a wonderful experience working with him when my phone shattered and I came in to get a new one. If you go, definitely ask for him!
DONT BUY pure gear screen protectors the reps in the store will push you to get the protectors and claim you can gwt a replacement when damaged yet they have no customer service phone number to call or even the live chat doesnt work. Spent over 30 more dollars on it to break in less then 2 months.
Came here to upgrade my Flip 3 to a Flip 5. Unique was the representative that helped me and he made it super easy to upgrade and transfer everything. Quick and simple!
