Yaya has been very helpful she went above and beyond to help me, she was very polite ans understanding. Make sure to keep her and not let her go.
Came in and upgraded my phone today and Will Discavage helped me out. He was super knowledgeable, friendly , and easy to talk to. Would recommend this store over all the others in Clarksville.

Rylan Schwab helped us, and she was incredible. We saw her at one location, and since they didn’t have the color phone we needed, she actually met us over at another store, to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. It was a Sunday evening nearing closing, so she was able to drive to another Verizon store, open it up for me and my son, and take care of us, even though she was not on the clock anymore. As someone who has been to several Verizon locations before in her lifetime, this place is just AMAZING! Doing business with Cellular Sales was SO much better than Verizon directly in my true and honest opinion! I went here this past Saturday because my old iPhone 13 turned into a glorified iPod Touch, and I was lucky enough to have Nate Bumpus to help me out!
