Just curious on how when I go too the store he can't see or order a phone but I went into my account and was able too order it. Also if there is something I'm missing let me know or the fella could've just not came out honestly!
I had a wonderful experience with Unique H. at Verizon! He was truly helpful in fixing my phone plan and speaking with customer service about my bill being so high and getting credits applied for being up charged for the last couple of months. I’d recommend this guy to anyone also helped me trade in my old Apple Watch for a new one. Great guy!!!!
Will is the man. Had a complicated issue regarding a delivery with another store and the carrier itself and he was able to help me get that cleared up and the phone I wanted the same day! Promote this guy.
Kila Towns is a miracle worker. I was told multiple times I likely wouldn’t be able to retrieve my info on my phone. She worked her majic and I got everything I would definitely recommend her 1000 out of 1000 times.
