I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Carlos Loya. He knows how to help and understand the customer’s needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. As soon as I walked to the store in Oak Grove, KY I was greeted and treated with respect and I truly appreciate that. He also cracked a joke cause I was sitting on the associates chair and I was falling asleep so bad and he made everyone laugh at the store including me. Yaya has been very helpful she went above and beyond to help me, she was very polite ans understanding. Make sure to keep her and not let her go.
Came in and upgraded my phone today and Will Discavage helped me out. He was super knowledgeable, friendly , and easy to talk to. Would recommend this store over all the others in Clarksville.
