ZERO stars! I have never met a bunch of extremely arrogant, deceitful, manipulative liars, trying to make a quick sell until walking into this Verizon Authorized Retailer. Service is pathetic and entirely worthless, the reps are all about meeting sales goals and seeing who they can scheme. This has been the worst experience ever as a Verizon customer for 20 years.
