Ash is amaze-balls!! He is extremely knowledgeable & wonderful at what he does..lovely personality too. I felt as if we new each already I went to another store and by far the authorized dealer was better than the corp. Sorry, just my 2 cents. Of course I get that we all learn as we go. Ash could not have been less helpful or customer focused. I drove over 30 minutes to get to this location for help getting the SIM card out of a phone so I could activate a new phone. I had already tried with a paper clip as the website suggested which didn't work. Verizon Customer Service recommended going to a store. When I walked in the store, he couldn't even bother to stand up to walk over and greet me. He remained seated at the back of the store and barely turned to communicate with me.
