8/19/26 I have been a loyal, consistent Verizon customer and advocate for over 18 years, and I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment. Could it be New Braunfels and an underlying racial bias? Could it simply be that Stef Bolton chose to treat me with a level of hostility and disrespect that I did not deserve? I cannot say with certainty.
