Ash could not have been less helpful or customer focused. I drove over 30 minutes to get to this location for help getting the SIM card out of a phone so I could activate a new phone. I had already tried with a paper clip as the website suggested which didn't work. Verizon Customer Service recommended going to a store. When I walked in the store, he couldn't even bother to stand up to walk over and greet me. He remained seated at the back of the store and barely turned to communicate with me. Update: customer service reached out to me and got the billing issue resolved. Additionally , management was very communicative and made an effort to listen to my complaint. Thank you. Predatory pricing. We got new iPhones from them and when I paid the taxes, they said the transaction included a $35 activation fee for each phone. We got our Verizon bill and it included a $35 activation fee as well. When I returned to the store, the manager stated the fee we paid was a commission fee.
