Update: customer service reached out to me and got the billing issue resolved. Additionally , management was very communicative and made an effort to listen to my complaint. Thank you. Predatory pricing. We got new iPhones from them and when I paid the taxes, they said the transaction included a $35 activation fee for each phone. We got our Verizon bill and it included a $35 activation fee as well. When I returned to the store, the manager stated the fee we paid was a commission fee.
