I went to the Kerrville, TX Verizon store to activate my new Sonim XP5 military spec phone. Kyle helped A LOT and he spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon Tech Support and we were told there was no way to transfer all my contacts from my old LG smartphone to my new Sonim phone. Then LEAH came over to see if she could help. She took my old s/d card out of my old LG smartphone and installed it in my new Sonim.
