I agree with John. My mother went to this location with a phone problem thinking it was a Verizon store . A sales person (TJ) deceptively signed her to a new line under false pretenses. I have spoken to TJ twice to get this resolved. Nothing. I also asked to speak with his supervisor (Jeff Curry). Guess????-- Nothing!
Worst experience i have ever had in a retail store, let alone a Verizon store. They ARE NOT VERIZON!!! They are a dealer of Verizon and slimy salesmen in it for a buck. If you want a phone, go, literally, ANYWHERE but here!
