Recently I was having trouble with my iPhone 11 and my husband and I stopped into Verizon for assistance. We were immediately welcomed, waited just a few minutes and sat down with Dylan L. He was the best! Dylan was very knowledgeable, personable and helped us with a much needed upgrade to an iPhone 16e for less than $2 more a month for both of us. His expertise made the transaction and transfer of our data seamless and we were back home in no time, enjoying our new phones!
We have been to the Ormond Beach Verizon two times. Both times we have had exceptional service. Jason was our first experience. He was very personable and helpful. The next time we had Samantha and she was as helpful and personable as Jason. It was a real pleasure going to this store.
