I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Verizon store thanks to Luis. He went above and beyond helping me set up six new lines with the current phone promotion. The process took over six hours, and Luis stayed late to make sure everything was completed smoothly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated throughout the entire process. I’ve been a Verizon customer for a very long time. The service at the Ormond Beach location was fantastic. Samantha diagnosed the problem with my phone immediately and corrected it. She also helped me get a better deal on Netflix. The adjustments on the phone took little time. The most significant thing I could say is that Samantha‘s personality was wonderful to experience.
