I’ve been a Verizon customer for a very long time. The service at the Ormond Beach location was fantastic. Samantha diagnosed the problem with my phone immediately and corrected it. She also helped me get a better deal on Netflix. The adjustments on the phone took little time. The most significant thing I could say is that Samantha‘s personality was wonderful to experience. Rep Ben was the first to greet me at the door and replaced my screen protector without hesitation People like him are why I came to Verizon. Very Impressed with him.
Branden was great. Very patient gentleman. Customer service was excellent.
