This store goes above and beyond. JC with the sales team is superb. Spending time with him in the store doesn’t feel like a transaction, more like an experience with a friend. He is honest, upfront, and goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. As a customer with a different phone company for 12 years, he made the transition seamless and even offered support days after the transfer. He has made himself available for any questions and offers assistance and solutions to any questions. Highly recommended!
Would give negative stars if I could. I cannot believe how JC handled my mother. The account is under my name & she was eligible for an upgrade. I had asked him numerous times what our OTD price was going to be with her trade in along with what we can expect moving forward on the bill. We went over this multiple times on 3/31/26, asked him and asked him and he assured us. So we move forward. I wake up this morning and find an additional 40 on top of what we spoke about on the bill.
