Went into store for a phone issue I had and Matt Day give me 2 hours of his wonderful, dedicated service. He gave up his sales time to assist my needs. A real professional.
Jessie Hamlin did an excellent job of helping me get the right phone for my needs. She transferred my information and had the phone ready to go! I am still able to text her for follow up questions on things that are new for my limited experience with this iPhone and she texts the answer back to me immediately...and it works every time! She is a great coach!
I purchased four phones and returned three phones for a credit. This was in June of 2019. I still to this day have not received the credit I was assured. The manager of the store in Hope Mills N.C. and the sales associate I worked with will not correct the issue and now the manager will not return my calls. He will not have corporate contact or provide me their number. I have kept the text messages from them where we have communicated at one point.
