I wish they had an option for negative stars. My mother called this store today with a question about what the is difference between a Verizon phone and other companies phones. The guy that answered told her if she didn't already know then he didn't have time to educate her. That is awful (actually it's just plain rude) customer service! I wish she had found out the guys name so I could report him. Rest assured I will never come to this store.

John Edwards has been my Verizon guy for the last 10 years. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He makes sure you understand everything you need to before you leave the store. If you should forget something he has already explained, he is always there to answer your questions. John has been very patient when I couldn't remember my password. I have referred many friends and family members to him. John is a true professional.
