Sat down with Luke to get a new phone and the experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. Really glad I walked into that Verizon store today.
Met with a Verizon rep named Amanda was extremely diligent and patient to get me service back with Verizon took almost two hours and she went through every hoop to get my service back, well appreciated!!! I feel leaving a great review was only necessary on her behalf!!!
I had a bad experience in Ashland. It started out great but went bad quickly once the employee began criticizing what I had or didn’t have on my phone. He spoke to me like I was a teenager. I made my purchase and stated I was done more than once before he stopped. It was so disappointing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE VERY SHADY. I PAID FOR MY PHONE IN FULL AND AM NOW BEING CHARGED FOR THE PHONE BY VERIZON. WENT TO GO CONFRONT THEM AND THEY WILL NOT HELP. ALL I GOT WAS THAT THE EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY DO NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU.
