Cellular Sales opened a fraudulent account in my company's name. The buyer provided them with my business name only, a false address, a false federal id number. The buyer did not even speak English and yet the Cellular Sales Rep initiated and opened this account. We received calls from Verizon Wireless fraud department on 2 different occasions and told them this was not our account, verified that the fed id was incorrect and yet Verizon opened the account and started sending bills.
