I called this store 1 hour before closing was told to call back in 15 minutes l did. But called back they pick up, I tried ever 15 minutes all they did was pick and hang up is this how you run a business, as far as I'm concern.This is very disingenuous. Very unprofessional bad business!!
I would give this store a zero if possible, they are trained thieves. I went here to upgrade my phone and they offered me 830$ and tried telling me I HAD to buy a totally new and more expensive plan. I went to the new Verizon store on 9th street and 5th avenue and it was totally different. they honored the 1000$ trade in value that was being given online and did not try to fast talk me into stuff I didn't come for. Steven was supremely competent. A pleasure to work with someone who was so knowledgeable and pleasant as well.
Had a wonderful experience dealing with Steven at the Verizon store on Prospect Park west. I traded in my old phone to purchase a new one and Steven made the process so easy. He really knows his way around both I phones and androids. There was any questions he couldn't answer and I watched him help multiple people customers with the craziest of questions. I would definitely do business with Steven again. A very professional young man.
Getting a new phone always makes me nervous, but the staff at Verizon was amazing!!
