Great customer service from Khaleed yesterday. After a disappointing visit to the corporate store in Central Park which was not interested in resolving my issues with a new phone I had just purchased from Verizon. I stopped in this franchise store and Khaleed was very helpful and patient, answered all of my questions and resolved all of my issues with the new phone. Thanks again Khaleed!

UPDATE I was finally able to contact Verizon directly through social media, and was put in touch with their customer service representative. This was not The Wireless Center who operates the franchise location, but rather Verizon directly. After explaining the situation, I was told that I would hear back soon, and they were more than willing to help work out a compromise. I was then contacted by The Wireless Center.
