Only gave 4 stars because of the time in the store due to technical issues. The staff can't control that. My experience was good switching services over to Verizon. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to fully take care of my needs in store.
Went in for a pickup and had to wait 10+minutes. Also was told to reset my pin I had to call customer service when that wasn’t the case you can do it on the app. I won’t be doing business at this location.

Very helpful staff unlike the store in the Lowes parking lot. I didn't even buy the phones there and they still helped. I am concerned when the value of my trade in went down $200 in just two days. Ready to buy two phones and a watch, but now I have to question the whole deal. The good news is that the Verizon store by UTC on University Parkway was able to complete the sale and give me a fair deal. Judah also provided excellent customer service and kept his word.
