I went in to purchase a new phone and see about lowering my monthly bill. I got exactly what I was looking for. No pressure sales.
This whole situation with Verizon is an absolute scam. I spent $50 on a refill card that their broken system completely refused to redeem, forcing me to use my debit card instead. Then they went ahead and charged my account $70, but guess what? The phone still isn't activated. They have zero problem snatching my money instantly, but when it comes to providing actual, working cell service, their system just crashes and drops connection errors. The associates working with me really listened to what I had to say, and what I was looking to do, and they were very helpful in helping me set up the system that I needed in terms of having two phone lines into mice one phone and porting over the number that I’ve had for many years so that it didn’t get lost. They were not only very helpful, but also polite and kind.
Associate upgraded me to different plan that has better features for the same price as I was paying for my old plan
