Terrible customer service at this store. Staff are rude and act like they don’t want to help — they just tell you to call customer service instead. Vivian was especially rude. Two of my cousins had bad experiences with her — one didn’t even buy a phone, and the other regrets it because his bill was higher than promised. I had the same experience when I went — no help at all. Only one good employee (from another store) actually helped me lower my bill. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
