Staff today was amazing (around noon)! We had an issue with my phone. They were very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot. We are very grateful for the help!
Jonathan was extremely helpful. Beyond my expectations. He's not only knowledge he's patient in teaching me my new phone. I observe there is continuous customer contact without in my opinion sufficient staff. We are the only Verizion in the counrty. Yet he maintains. professionisim. This young man in my opinion should be in a management position. He's doing the work of one. I'm retired from the business world. Jonathan is my go to at this store.
Went to the store to upgrade my phone.The guy acts and like it was an inconvenience for me to even be there.When I told him what I wanted to do and which phone. It's not even a corporate Verizon store. I don't have much else to say. So I walked out.
The young lady helping me was very personable and very knowledgeable.
