I came in to switch phones. Two of the three people were great to work with. I switched to a new service plan and bought a screen protector I wasn’t planning to buy.
Matt and Ruggero are awesome. They helped me resolve a frustrating issue with my account and were patient and courteous and didnt give up until my issue was resolved. They're very knowledgeable and go to bat for their walk in customers despite how it seems the overseas reps actively fight against a smooth process.
Very Knowledgeable and fast
Great group of people, worked hard to make sure we got the best service
Melissa has above and beyond for me in looking discounts and upgrades. Very much appreciated!
