Ruby took me as soon as I came in and worked with me until she was done setting up my husband and my phones! She was very competent, and efficient! I was fortunate to have her help!
The representative was very courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, when it comes to the company name on the outside of the store, I feel they should have Victra and not Verizon. If they were a true Verizon store than I would not have been charged additional $20 in fees. If I had known, that was not a true Verizon store and I would be charged additional fees, then I would have taken my business elsewhere. Anyway, other than that, my experience there was good.
