Zero stars if I could. They sold my reserved phone to a walk-in customer. Placed a pickup order on Saturday. Called the store yesterday — a rep confirmed both phones were ready. Came in this morning when they opened. Suddenly one phone is "not available." No apology. No explanation. No alternatives offered. Just two employees exchanging looks, and one repeatedly telling us to "cancel and reorder." That's it. I have a strong suspicion my reserved phone was handed to a walk-in to make an in-store sale. Five stars for Logan! He went above and beyond to help me fix my SIM card. Even though it took a while to figure out, he remained friendly and dedicated the whole time. It’s rare to find such high-quality service. I'm very grateful for his help, thank you again Logan!

I had a great experience at Victra Verizon Wireless. Logan was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in handling my phone upgrade. He clearly knows the ins and outs of the system and was able to move things along quickly wherever possible. He struck a great balance between being friendly and conversational while still keeping everything focused and efficient. There were no extra fees compared to a corporate Verizon store, which made this location especially convenient. Highly recommend.
