My son went here to replace his phone and was told all the systems across Staten Island were down and wouldn’t be back up until 1:00am. He needed his phone for work, so he drove over the bridge to NewJersey. It didn’t make sense to me, so I called the Tottenville store and was told the system were NOT down and that the Woodrow store does this all the time. What a bad look for Verizon.

I was sent a replacement cell phone from Asurion. Stupid new recharger doesn't work! Employee had the AUDACITY to attempt to charge me for another recharger. Wasnt my fault. Its GARBAGE! Yesterday and today I spent literally hours at this joint to activate the new phone, and was online with Asurion with a tech. Initialization of phone DIDN'T WORK while online with Asurion. Fed up with the dismissive attitude of this place. Junk phone is going back to Verizon.
