Giant store with very small staff, waited 10 minutes but small staff was to busy to help. Found a better version down the road.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. I went in just to buy a phone to replace the one I had. I was upsold a more expensive phone because I didn't want to wait for another half hour for the "safe" to open. Then I get home only to find out that my mobile Hotspot was removed!! Waiting for a call back from them now. Put my already paid for plan back in place or you are in breech of contract.

Beyond annoyed. Was told last week that there was a promotion going on to add another line to my plan with another device for just a few extra per month. Went ahead and did it, and I was told I could pick an iPhone as my new device. Went in on what I was told was the last day of the promotion, went through the whole set up process, only for the guy who told me about the promotion last week to tell me that the promotion for the iPhone already expired and gave me a "oh well" attitude about it.
