It didn’t take to long and they were patient
I went into this Verizon store and Patty waited on me. He is just wonderful he was so patient, with all of my questions. I guess I'm at that age where I'm not sure about all the technology. He was so sweet to actually walk me through all of it. Everybody should have an employee like that. I would give him 10 Stars if they would let me
Patty patty patty!!!! Go see him asap!! This gentlemen works at the Verizon store at the college Drive location in Suffolk. When I initially came into Verizon back in March, I was coming to pay my FiOS bill upon paying my Fios bill. Patty was so nice and offered me a phone deal that I could not refuse. I instantly switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and I switched all three of my lines to Verizon as well. Patty was amazing!!! I can’t even put into words how seamless he made the transition from AT&T to Verizon. He walked me through the entire process, helped me with everything, and answered all my questions. He also explained all the promotions I was getting in detail. I am super impressed with Verizon specifically because of Patty! Everyone else working was also super friendly and knowledgeable.
