We went into this Verizon store a few weeks ago to see about upgrading my girlfriend's phone. She felt shamed for holding onto an older phone before intending to upgrade and they ignored the fact that we had large discount deals on our Verizon account, denied the offers existed and tried to give us only the generic discounts instead of the personalized ones we had received messages from Verizon about.
