I want to the Superior Wi store to port our service from T mobile to Verizon Cody tried to help us thought all was good so left store after being there about an hour,got home to find out that all was not good spent over two hours on the phone fixing Cody’s problems since our SIM card was still registered to T Mobile but somehow on Verizon. He charged $84 to port us over and I did the work both Monday and today over an hour on phone. Manager never returned by call with. Poor service all around
Cody worked above and beyond to help us with the issues that were not of his making, but stemmed from years worth of disregard.
I've had a had a rough history with attempting to call into the Verizon's technical support. There's been times when I've gotten locked out of my own account due to miscommunications and/or the absolute pain of waiting on call for hours and coming to no solution. Cody has always been super friendly, super helpful and what takes at times hours and hours of call time, away from my day, or while doing other errands, Cody's sufficiency and ability to quickly handle all problematic technical support needed.
