King went above and beyond helping me get my phone/plan set up, great store and customer service!
The store manager, King, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made my challenging situation easy, which was such a pleasant surprise! I would happily return to this store for all of my cell phone needs in the future!
This was the worst decision I think I’ve ever made. I switched from T-mobile a couple months ago, and now I’m constantly in SOS zones,(my friend has Verizon but doesn’t have same problem), & I was set up incorrectly in the store so I can only pay bill via phone because I can’t access my account (set up as an end user). Consequently, I also get zero perks that I was promised. I got the WiFi when I switched, & this too is terrible; also unusable. I was here last Saturday to port over my prepaid account to postpaid account (Simplicity plan). Sergio and Gil were able to help me to get what I was looking for + answer my questions! Glad I stop by instead of tackling this via phone.
