William Blon assisted me with the purchase of a new phone today. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Although it is a long process he helped the waiting customers pass the time by encouraging (in a fun way) conversation amongst us. I am pleased with my purchase and the experience.
William Blonde did an excellent job helping us upgrade a phone and deal with difficult Verizon Wireless call center reps.
Wonderful and highly professional service by entire staff - particularly Bill Blon. He was patient, kind. and exceptionally caring in setting us up with new iPhones, making adjustments to our family account, and answering a large number of related questions. This experience will make it difficult to transact such business at any other location. We live over 100 miles from this store, but such service makes it worth the drive. .

Waited 20 mins to drop off my equipment. They only have a few phones here and they're all bolted down so you cannot check them out. They also charge extra to setup a new phone for you
