We were there on Sunday May 17th and the representative was a 15/10 amazing!! He helped us transfer one line from AT&T over to them - he was kind and attentive to my daughter and allowed her to use their tablet. Very knowledgeable, very professional.
Perhaps I shouldn’t speak to their customer service, because I received no customer service at all. I just needed to make a quick purchase of a screen protector. One associate was working the store, and nobody else. I waited patiently for some time, and after seeing no other associates, and no acknowledgement to my existence, I opted to leave.
