On the 9th of May we spent 5 hours in this Victra owned store representing Verizon, located in Maysville, Ky. During this time, we constantly asked for a price list to verify what was being told to us. The answers we received were suspicious, such as, “the price changes every five minutes” according to Jeff. This is the best Verizon customer service I have ever had. Theresa Pederson is the lady for any problem or srevice you need. She is very competent in her work and is very friendly and personable. She knows her stuff!!! I will not go to anyone but her for any verizon needs/problems.

My husband and I purchased 2 new phones last weekend. We were previously Verizon customers and came back after 4 years. We were recommended the iPhone SE, but were told we would have to wait until the middle of this past week as there were none in stock. When purchasing the phones, we were reassured that switching everything over and obtaining new numbers would be extremely easy. I had a pleasant experience working with Shawn of the Bexley location. He was Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Shawn provided Great Customer Service. The Best that I’ve seen in 10 years. Thank you
